Iannucci`s in Hendersonville

Ate in the comfortable outdoor area with a view of the stream. Food was plentiful and delicious. Service was excellent. Great meal!

Good pizza, fast service. A wonderful local establishment. It really had the family business vibe to it. I'm not sure if the staff was all related, but it felt like they were.

It was okay. Not to expensive, but at one point a few flies landed on my food, which was not welcome.

Worst Lasagna I've ever ate. I don't know if the rest of the food is good or not. It's the first time I have ever ate there. Service was good yet horrible Lasagna!

Overall, the food was generally good. Most of the food to be served warm was, with the exception of one pasta dish. Did we complain? To whom?! In our 27 years of eating there (between there and the Skyland location), the WORST service ever!! After an inordinately long wait for more service, I asked someone if he had gone home since he delivered the food and never checked back on us. So another server went to get him, and he came back out and began cleaning another table. Finally came over with the requested beverage refill, then came back with the check, and laid it on the table, no thank you, no comment of any kind, no nothing. We paid, went to our car, and there he was outside at a car talking with someone. Are we going back again? Truly don't know; too many others competing for our money, and honestly, there is nothing special there that begs for our attention. While I do appreciate their military veteran discount, beyond that gesture on their part, we felt very unappreciated.

The food is delicious and service is great.

Service was good. No beer or any alcohol which would of helped because the food was awful. Hendersonville location.

We ate here this past week when I was visiting my family. This was the WORST Italian food I have ever had! The so called Chicken Parmesean was not even chicken breast and was overcooked and tasted terrible. ( It was some type of processed chicken patty, which they admitted when I asked, is not even made on the premises ) The pasta was obviously made ahead of time and was so overcooked I could not eat it. The sauce was bitter and I'm sure was poured out of a can. The only positive thing there was the bread and our waitress was very sweet. Save your money!!

The pizza was tasty and the wait was short. One of the few restaurants in the area that we have returned to repeatedly. I would love to try their dine in pasta specials sometime.

First time visit here. Despite the lunch crowd, my guest and I were seated quickly and served right away. Although not on the menu, they have a personal size pizza that is outstanding. Our server was terrific and very enthusiastic about the menu. Excellent parking.

Pizza tasted very salty and was droopy. Did not look appetizing. Bread sticks were as dry as pieces of firewood. Fed the "food" to the fish in my fish pond. I purchased the "food" on Thursday June 21, 2018. Called manager and informed her but she hanged up. I guess she did not care was customers thought. I will never patronize them again. This was very disappointing. I gave 1 star because the front end lady was polite when I picked up my order. Establishment itself get negative 5. This was my experience with the Hendersonville store.

We had hand tossed pizza with sausage and onions and it was delicious. Every time we have eaten it has been very good. If ordering pizza to go give it an hour.

The service and food was amazing. All the staff was great. The manager Kelly could not have been more accommodating and friendly. This is our new favorite spot to eat!

I have always heard great things about this place but as soon as you walk in it has a smell so we sat outside we ordered 1 lg pizza and 2drinks $27 😲...ok Pizza tasted ok...it had a Refrigerator taste to it... will I go back....prob not

Sicilian deluxe was off the hook! The hot oven subs are to die for also. Great Italian food, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.

Usually do take out, but forgot how good it was to be there and eat in the restaurant. Fantastic pizza. Grew up with Michael, and their restaurant has always been a family favorite. Keep up the great work!

Had to ask 2-3 times for bread,had to get own silverware. Had to ask for refills. Had a lot better service at skyland store....

Food was decent, but they were out of many menu items. The plates were too small to hold the salad. And the seating was crowded together even though there weren't many people there.

I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed in the food that I received in a takeout. The sauce was very thick on my Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken was difficult to cut, the chef salad was just lettuce and a few crotons. The Lasagna was just NOT like I have experienced in many other Italian restaurants. I also ordered a meatball sub and it looked appealing and the Canolli’s were terrible. It tasted not like homemade but rather packaged meals. Not Italian cuisine, at all.

The food and service has been good each time I have been there. I eat there last night was the second time I have been there and was told then were out of things on there regular menu. I ordered the Deluxe pizza and it tasted good. The restroom was clean. I would eat there again but it is not on the top of my list.

Always love to stop here when I’m in town, the pizza is always great and love the bread sticks. The service is always a little on the slow side. But if you want some great pizza stop in and give them a try.

My friend and I decided to give this place a try today for the first time...the food was okay but everything else was pretty much an utter disappointment. The place was not busy at all yet the two of us felt like we were an inconvince for choosing this place for lunch. Our waiter’s only redeeming quality was bringing us refills on our drinks without us having to ask, other than that he was pretty much no where to be found. We had to get the attention of another server to ask for our check and boxes for our leftovers. When we went to pay the woman ringing us up before we could tell her we were paying separate and was clearly irked when she found out. Then when she rang up my friends meal she rang it up off of the menu price and not the special price when it was the days special. This too seemed to have irked the person checking us out. Needless to say I personally do not see myself choosing to eat here again with this being our experience when they’re not even busy.

I wish I could give a better review. I found the sauce overly sweet and the meatball overly spiced, but that could be personal preference. The service, though? I never got my salad, I never got a single refill of my drink, and I never got the to go order I placed at the same time as our eat in order. And they brought the two year old's kid meal (very generous portion) in a big glass bowl with a fork, knife, and large tablespoon for silverware - I had to ask for a small plate. At 6 pm it was not busy at all and there was plenty of staff standing around, so it certainly wasn't only the fault of our server. Anyone could have filled my water glass if they could've stopped talking at the register a moment. To be fair they did give three dollars off for the missed salad and took off the charge for the to go order without hassle. But we certainly won't be back.

I had a coupon for Iannucci's in Hendersonville and had been looking forward to using it. However, the reality did not live up to my expectations. The pizza I ordered was very good. The wait staff was very responsive. (The restaurant was nearly empty.) The restaurant appeared tidy and clean.My rating is based on the very limited menu. I would expect a much more comprehensive menu given the effective marketing campaign Iannucci's has. It was basic.If you go, take a look at the menu before leaving so that you won't be dissappointed, too.

They offer curbside pick up and even have a specific parking spot for curb side parking, however I sat for 20 minutes in the curb side parking spot before finally going inside to get my food. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the 93.0 sanitation score. The host asked if I had a to-go order and seemed completely oblivious to the fact that someone had been sitting in the curb side parking space. He informed me that my lasagna was almost finished except I didn’t order lasagna. I ordered the cheese tortellini with fresh spinach and garlic and a Greek salad. The Greek salad and bread stick was wonderful. The pasta was a little over done and the meat sauce was too sweet and not as flavorful as I would like. Probably not likely to return.

We love this restaurant! The Food is great, the portions are amazing. The service is always wonderful! We go here a lot and we also get a lot of party trays for our Family gatherings. Good traditional Italian food and we love the pizza too...Always a pleasure! A+++

We ordered takeout and I always order no onions on my salad and I always say it twice. When I got home I realized there was huge slices of onions on my salads. Because they had been sitting for a while I ended up throwing all the salads out because The Onion Taste had permeated the entire salad. In fact the raw onion smell In enveloped my kitchen and I had to light a candle. Spaghetti we got was great and I would order that again. Next time I would take the time at the cash register, no matter how many people were behind me to check my salads.

Good portions. Good food, great service...took a party of 7 people... staff made it no problem. But, heard they treat their staff badly and cheat them on paychecks constantly!

Never been there before cause I'm traveling, but if I lived there I would go back often. The food was delicious. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. 10 out of 10!

Food was great, especially the cinnamon bun pizza thing and servers were very kind.

We ate there last night. I won't be going back EVER....... Our waiter was friendly when he was around but must have been very new. Drinks were left empty until he was flagged down. I was charged for 4 drinks (2 teas and 2 coffees) when there were only two of us. When I pointed it out I was told they charge for refills on coffee. That was $2.95 per cup when it costs less than .50 to make a pot. Then they argued with me about the tea. I ordered the tea for my husband and coffee for me, but since I ordered it I got charged for it too. We both got meals that came with salads and bread. I had to ask for my salad and there was NO bread. Husband got neither one. I got lasagna it was very bland. No taste of basil, oregano or salt. Sorry to say I was not impressed I won't go back. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not like the original one in Skyland NC. They need people who want to work and Care about what their doing! 2nd to-go order for me and both of them wrong! If ya want good Italian food, go to the one in Skyland.

Visiting from KY, we like to try locally owned eateries. My wife and I got a Deluxe pizza and loved it. The staff was very friendly. Our iced tea glasses never went dry. The only thing was that the hostess didn't know we were waiting to be seated. Next time I am in town I'll make sure to stop in for a bite.

First time ordering, ordered over the phone with a girl who seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to pay attention. Forgot my chicken and mushrooms with a tortellini entree. Would be okay otherwise, check your order before you leave!
